- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp honey, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
